By accessing and using our store at Zee Marts, you agree to be bound by the following terms.

1. General These Terms of Service apply to all customers, visitors, and users of Zee Marts. By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have parental consent.

2. Products

• We reserve the right to modify or discontinue products without notice.
• Product colors may slightly vary due to photography and screen settings.
• We make every effort to display accurate product descriptions and pricing in PKR.

3. Orders & Payments

• Orders are confirmed only after payment is received (or COD confirmation for Cash on Delivery orders).
• We accept Cash on Delivery (COD) and other available payment methods at checkout.
• We reserve the right to cancel any order that appears fraudulent or in violation of these terms.

4. Pricing

• All prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and are subject to change without notice.
• In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund.

5. Limitation of Liability Zee Marts shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services beyond the value of the purchased item.

6. Governing Law These terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of Pakistani courts.

7. Changes to Terms We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of our store constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
